Contact a Patient

If you don't know the patient's room number, dial 325.670.2000 and ask for the room number. If you know a patients' room number, dial 670 followed by the room number. You can also e-mail a patient by following the instructions below.

E-mail a Patient

Do you have a friend or relative who is a patient at Hendrick? If so, send them an e-mail message and brighten their day!

We strive to maintain the confidentiality of your message, but cannot guarantee it. A staff member or volunteer will deliver the message within 24 hours of receipt, not including weekends. We do not provide a means for the patient to reply to your message, but know that each patient appreciates the words of encouragement you send.

To send a message, you must know the patient's name and, preferably, room number. It's so easy! Simply type your message in the form below and click the "Send E-mail" button. (Remember: When completing the form use the "TAB" key to move from field to field. Pressing the "ENTER" key will result in sending the e-mail incomplete.)
