Application Procedure:

1. Obtain application forms from the school, complete, and return to the school
   before June 1, 2008.  
   
   
2. Submit official  high school transcript and official transcripts for all  colleges
   or universities attended.
   
   
3. For identification purposes, bring a current Driver’s License or Photo ID to the interview.
   
   
4. Submit a short paragraph explaining why you want to be a respiratory therapist
   
   
5. Be sure that the needed references have complete addresses, including zip codes
   
   
6. After submitting the application and other required information to the school you will be contacted for any additional information that might be needed and to
   schedule you for your interview with the admission committee.  Interview will
   begin in July.
   
   
7. When the applicant has submitted all necessary information and the interviews
   are completed, the admissions committee will select students to enter the
   program. Acceptance will be issued in late July. You will be notified in writing
   regarding the action of the committee.
