Application Process:

  • Complete a two or four year degree in any subject from a regionally accredited college.
  • Watch the radiography seminar video.
  • Return your completed application by the deadline.
  • References and official transcripts must be received by the deadline.
  • Applicants with highest score will be interview. (Score is determined by GPA, grades in prerequisite classes and references.)
  • Accepted applicants must satisfactorily complete a criminal history check and drug testing prior to admission.
  • Accepted applicants must provide proof of current immunizations and personal health insurance prior to admission to the program.

Submit an Application

Before submitting an application, please watch the radiography seminar video. The video will give you information about the school and the field of radiography. Please allow enough time to completely watch the 20-minute video. Then complete and return the application to the School of Radiography as soon as possible.

To apply electronically, email the application to dwood@hendrickhealth.org. Contact Leticia Miramontez, Accounting clerk at 325-670-4520, to pay over the phone. You need to tell her it is for an application fee, cost center 15440, acct #380000. She will send me a receipt that I can forward to you.

Acceptance is contingent upon successful completion of caduceus online program courses, as well as a criminal history and drug test. For a detailed listing of what crimes prohibit admission contact Stacy Kirk at 325-670-3169.
