Lauren K. Templeton, DO, has served as medical director of Hospice and Palliative Medicine since joining the Hendrick Medical Center staff in August 2014. Dr. Templeton earned her medical degree at Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, Ohio. She completed an internal medicine internship at Ohio University, Doctors Hospital and Grant Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, where she also was chief administrative and academic resident in internal medicine. Additionally, she served as clinical fellow in palliative medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock.
