Texas Medical Board Notification

1. TMB Notification Letter received by physician.
2. Physician will notify practice manager who will complete the TMB form located below.
3. Compliance will be automatically notified when the TMB smartsheet form is submitted.
4. Compliance director will contact physician to begin the response process.
5. Practice manager or Compliance will pull medical records and billing information.
6. Compliance will provide a template letter and work closely with physician to provide a final response.
7. Once legal has approved the response letter, compliance will send the official letter to physician via DocuSign for signature.
8. Compliance will then submit letter and supporting documentation to TMB via email/portal.
9. Physician and practice manager will notify compliance if any additional letters are received from TMB.
