Visitation

We know you are concerned about your loved one and want to spend time together. You are often the best medicine! However, another important factor contributing to recovery is adequate rest. All units have designated quiet times displayed for your convenience. Please abide by all visitation guidelines.

Visitation

Visiting hours are as follows:

Hendrick Medical Center (main): 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Hendrick Medical Center South: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Hendrick Medical Center Brownwood: 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

  • By entering a Hendrick facility, visitors attest that they have not had contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or thought to have COVID-19 in the last 10 days, are not displaying symptoms of COVID-19, and are not waiting on COVID-19 test results nor have been diagnosed with an active COVID-19 infection.
  • Visitors under the age of 16 are permitted if accompanied by an adult chaperone.
  • Two visitors per patient room. Patients can have an unlimited number of visitors within the facility.
  • For COVID-19 patients, one visitor is permitted in the facility at a time, allowing for two visitors per day.
  • Additional screenings and personal protective equipment may be required for those entering certain areas.

There may be times during regular visiting hours when we must limit the length of a visit or completely suspend it. Your loved one's recovery is always our primary concern, and we appreciate your understanding on those occasions.
