About Gibbs

Gibbs Wilson, MD, began his academic studies at Texas Tech University. He received his medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and completed his cardiology fellowship at Baylor Scott and White in Temple. Dr. Wilson is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

"Abilene is home and I am thrilled to be returning to the community that helped raise me," said Dr. Wilson. "Equipped with a decade of training and a heart of service, I look forward to providing the latest cardiovascular care."

Dr. Gibbs specializes in diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions related to the cardiovascular system. He provides services such as cardiovascular preventative care, inpatient acute cardiovascular care and non-invasive cardiac testing including stress testing, echocardiography and vascular imaging.
