About Joseph

Joseph Stafford, MD, FACC, received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and complete his cardiovascular fellowship at Baylor Scott & White Hospital System in Temple. He is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Stafford specializes in diagnosis and treatment of diseases and conditions related to the cardiovascular system. He provides services such as cardiovascular preventative care, inpatient acute cardiovascular care and non-invasive cardiac testing including stress testing, echocardiography and vascular imaging.

"I am excited to join a great team of cardiologists in providing state-of-the-art cardiac care to the people of Abilene and surrounding areas. I look forward to connecting with my new patients and helping them address their cardiovascular needs," said Dr. Stafford.
