About Katherine

Dr. Katherine Rinard graduated from Wylie High School and earned her bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University. She received her medical degree from University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Her internship in general surgery and urology residency were completed at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock. Additionally, Dr. Rinard is specially trained in robotic surgery.

She is a member of American Urological Association, Society of Women in Urology, Texas Medical Association, Texas Urological Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She has authored several scholarly works in her field and is an award-winning physician involved in ongoing research in the urologic field.
