About Michael

Michael Blanc, MD, general and interventional cardiology, is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease with a subspecialty in interventional cardiology. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Blanc focuses on diagnostic cardiovascular medicine including nuclear cardiology. In addition, he has extensive experience in coronary and peripheral intervention and peripheral vein care.

Diagnostic Testing and Procedures:

-Consultative cardiology

- Echocardiography including transesophageal imaging

-Peripheral vascular non-invasive imaging

-Nuclear cardiology

-Cardiac catheterization and peripheral angiography

-Coronary and peripheral arterial interventions

-Complex coronary intervention with atherectomy and left ventricular support (Impella, IABP)

-Peripheral intervention for deep and superficial venous disease including venous ablation

-Pacemaker therapy

-Congestive heart failure management, including device management with CardioMEMS
