New Hires:

Deadline: 31 days from your hire date

How to Enroll:

Coverage Begins: first of the month following 30 days of employment

Status Change Employees:

(moving into a benefits eligible status, such as full-time)

Deadline: 31 days from your status change effective date

How to Enroll:

Coverage Begins: first of the month following your enrollment, assuming you have been employed at least 30 days

A benefits packet will be emailed to you with details.
