Hendrick Pay as You Go Program

The Hendrick Pay as You Go Program offers tuition assistance for current employees pursuing a career in a Hendrick-identified critical need position. Individuals accepted into this program will commit to an employment period that will be outlined in an agreement at the time of acceptance into the program. The employment will be in a defined critical need and will begin after graduation or certification.

  • Associates Degree in Nursing – ADN
  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing – BSN
  • LVN
  • CRNA
  • Certified Surgical Technologist
  • Histotechnologist
  • Bachelors in Social Work
  • Masters in Social Work
  • Medical Technologist
  • Occupational Therapist
  • Physical Therapist
  • Radiology/Sonography
  • Registered Health Information Technician
  • Respiratory Therapist – Associates
  • Respiratory Therapist – Bachelors
  • Speech Language Pathologist
  • Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistants

Qualifications:

  • Students must be accepted into an accredited program of study.
  • Students will go through a pre-interview with a Hendrick hiring manager within their chosen healthcare career field.

Hendrick Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program

The Hendrick Employee Tuition Reimbursement program provides tuition reimbursement to current Hendrick employees for education obtained to certify the employee to work in a critical need position at Hendrick. Hendrick may provide student loan reimbursement to full-time employees who show proof of student loan debt for a degree or certification obtained to fulfill the requirements of a critical need position.

In order for a Hendrick employee to receive student loan reimbursement, the following criteria must be met:

  • A new employee who is hired into a critical need position and who submits proof of student loan debt or proof of payment for the completed degree or certification may be eligible; or
  • A current employee who completes a new degree or certification for a critical need position and who submits proof of student loan debt or proof of payment may be eligible.
  • Employees seeking reimbursement for an ADN or BSN degree are eligible to apply once the employee has reached six (6) months of employment as a Registered Nurse.
