About Julia

Julia Kellcy, DO, was raised in Taylor County and is a graduate of Jim Ned High School in Tuscola and Angelo State University in San Angelo. Dr. Kellcy received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and completed her residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso. Dr. Kellcy is board certified in hospice and palliative medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
