Hendrick announces new name for home health services

Hendrick Health has renamed its home health services, formerly known as Hendrick HouseCalls, to Hendrick Home Health.

Accredited by The Joint Commission, Hendrick Home Health provides nursing care, specialized therapy and personal care to patients in the comfort and security of their homes. Skilled services include observation and assessment, patient/caregiver education, rehabilitation care and direct care such as post-surgery care, IV therapy, complex wound care, ostomy care and urinary catheters.

The team of caregivers includes nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, social workers and home health aides.

In addition to a new name, Hendrick Home Health is scheduled to relocate to a new location this summer at Hendrick Service Center at 4310 Buffalo Gap Road, Suite 2001, at the north end of the Mall of Abilene.
