If you would like to continue your treatment at Hendrick Clinic, you can request to have your next appointment with Iheanyichukwu Ogu, MD, and Himabindu Valluru, MD.

If you wish to obtain your medical records or have them sent to a physician outside of the Hendrick system, please fill out a written request at 1150 North 18th Street in Abilene.
