Dr. Kevin Bridge Departure Notice

Kevin Bridge, MD, will no longer be practicing at Hendrick Plastic Surgery and MedSpa and will be transitioning to private practice under the name Bridge Plastic Surgery, Skin and Vein, effective July 31, 2025. 

If you wish to continue care with Dr. Bridge or another plastic surgeon not employed by Hendrick Clinic, please complete a Hendrick Clinic Medical Record Release form. Completed requests can be emailed to hendrickclinicROI@hendrickhealth.org or you may mail the form to:
