Hendrick Health introduces new online bill pay option

Hendrick Health is now offering online bill pay for patients receiving care from Hendrick facilities. The online portal provides added flexibility for managing medical expenses with secure access available 24/7 from a computer, tablet or mobile smartphone.  

Patients may visit the portal to:  

• View current and previous bills 

• Make payments   

• Set up autopay 

• Enroll in a payment plan 

• View recent insurance and personal payments applied to their account 

• Update personal information 

• Enroll in paperless statements   

In addition to your Hendrick Health hospital services bill, you may receive separate bills for Hendrick Clinic, Hendrick Anesthesia Network and other professional services, such as those from your physician or specialists involved in your care, such as emergency medicine, pathology and radiology. You are responsible for paying these bills. For questions, contact the provider listed on your billing statement. 

Statements will be accessible by paper mail, email and text. Mail-in payments will still be accepted.
