Billing/Business Services and Medical Records move to Hendrick Service Center

Today, Hendrick Health relocated its customer services departments of Business Services/Billing and Medical Records/Release of Information to the Hendrick Service Center, 4310 Buffalo Gap Road (Mall of Abilene).

The departments provide services for customers of both Hendrick Medical Center and Hendrick Medical Center South. Visitors should use the East Entry.

Business Services/Billing can be reached at 325-670-2437. For Medical Records/Release of Information, call 325-670-2401.

In addition, Human Resources is now operating at Hendrick Service Center. Hendrick Home Health and Hendrick Medical Supply also are located at the Hendrick Service Center.

Hendrick Health opened the center to create systemwide efficiencies while providing a one-stop shop for many services.
