What is VIM?
Virtual Intake Manage℠ (VIM) is a preregistration portal that texts patients of their upcoming appointments and allows them to complete appointment forms, submit documents and view other important appointment information.
Why does it matter?
Conveniently access your appointment information securely and easily without needing a login. You can also check into your appointment using VIM.
How do I access my appointment information?
- VIM sends a secure link in the appointment text reminder.
- Click the secure link.
- Answer the two security questions to confirm your identity.
- Your portal should now be unlocked. You can now access your personal appointment portal.
