Hendrick Medical Supply carries medical and rehab products for the home including electric hospital beds, wheelchairs, patient lifts and food pumps. Bariatric Durable Medical Equipment including beds, patient lifts, ambulatory aids, wheelchairs and bedside commodes are also available.

Visit one of our retail showrooms for a wide selection of medical equipment and supplies including compression garments, wound care, bathroom safety products, braces, blood pressure units, stethoscopes, lift chairs and more.

Respiratory Equipment

Hendrick Medical Supply offers a full line of products for respiratory patients including lightweight portable O2 systems, portable concentrators and sleep therapy devices such as CPAP, BIPAP, NPPV, sleep apnea monitors and pulse oximetry equipment.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Sale items are not eligible for refund or exchange.

For All Refunds

• The merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• Refunds for purchases paid by check will be refunded after the check has cleared the financial institution.
• Refund may be made by check or cash.
• Refunds for purchases paid by credit card will be credited to the credit card account.
• Refunds in excess of $25 will be refunded by check.
• Items must be new, unused and returned in original carton and packaging with all parts and labels.
• The merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Note: Some items cannot be returned such as hose, prosthetics, swim wear, wigs, incontinence products and items made of fabric.

Special Order Refunds

• The merchandise must be returned within 30 calendar days of purchase.
• Items must be new, unused and returned in original carton and packaging with all parts and labels.
• The merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
• Note: Some items cannot be returned such as hose, prosthetics, swim wear, wigs, incontinence products and items made of fabric.
• A 15 percent restocking fee will be retained on all special order refunds.
• Shipping charges for special order items returned will not be refunded.
