Nurse Residency Program
At Hendrick, we understand the challenges nurses face in their transition to practice. Hendrick is proud to provide an RN Residency Program, an LVN Residency Program, and an Internationally Educated Nurse Residency Program. The Hendrick RN and LVN Residency Programs are designed to serve as a bridge between education and practice while offering peer and mentor support. The Hendrick Internationally Educated Nurse Residency Program is designed to facilitate the transition to U.S. nursing practices while also offering peer and mentor support. All transitions offer their unique challenges and we want to ensure our nurses have the support they need.
